Turn WiFi “off” on your device and “forget the network”, then re-connect to the Kenekt’d WiFi network. This will ensure your device is connecting to the access point with the strongest signal.
-
Connect to the WiFi network initially from outside of your RV. Sometimes devices need stronger signal when initially connecting.
-
No problem! Find your device MAC address in network settings and add it to your Kenekt’d account profile.
After adding a MAC address to your profile power cycle the device from power source, wait 60 seconds and plug back in and connect to the network.
