  • Refunds are available for monthly service plans if requested within 15 days of the billing date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and confirm that you have canceled your service.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Activation fees, installation costs, and any promotional discounts are non-refundable.

  • Services rendered prior to cancellation are also non-refundable.
